Due to the professional nature of consulting services, fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply under specific circumstances outlined below.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
If a client cancels a service before any consulting work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered based on any administrative, preparation, or planning costs already incurred.
For ongoing consulting engagements or milestone-based projects, refund requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Completed consultations, delivered reports, advisory sessions, and completed consulting work are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued through the original payment method where applicable.
